.DISCUSSION...
Strong north-northwest winds will continue through the day Tuesday in
the wake of our latest storm system. Expect sustained winds in the 18
to 25 mph range with gusts 30 to 35 mph at times. No major wind shift
in speed or direction is expected, however. Cooler temperatures
behind the front will keep relative humidity high in the afternoon,
ranging 60 to 75 percent across much of western Kansas this
afternoon.
