This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central Kansas,
south central Kansas, southwest Kansas, and west central Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

There is a marginal risk of strong to severe thunderstorms this
afternoon west northwest of Garden City between 3 pm and 9 pm.
Isolated wind gusts up to 60 mph and quarter size hail will be
possible.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

There is a marginal risk for strong to severe thunderstorms
Friday east of a Coldwater to Pratt line. Main hazards will be
wind gusts up to 60 mph and hail.

Sunday morning we are currently monitoring the potential for the
first frost of the season to occur. Exact locations are still
somewhat unclear but temperatures are expected to fall into the
30s early Sunday morning west of highway 283.
