In northeast Minnesota, North St. Louis County. This includes the Tribal Lands of the Bois Forte Band, Nett Lake and, Deer Creek areas. Recreation spots such as Voyageurs National Park. This also includes the Boundary Waters western area. * WHEN...From 1 PM CDT this afternoon through Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms are expected to bring heavy rain Monday through Tuesday, with localized areas receiving over 3 inches of rain. This will fall on top of already saturated soils and rivers with normal to above normal streamflow.
