(FWF) has ended for the season. The Fire Weather Planning Forecast
will resume at a later date in Spring 2026, or when deemed
necessary later this winter.

.DISCUSSION...
Fire weather concerns are minimal due to the presence of fresh
snow cover across the Northland. Winds will be breezy and gusty
at times, especially this afternoon and again on Wednesday when
northwest gusts could reach 20 to 25 miles per hour following the
light snow. Temperatures will remain quite cold, with below-normal
readings persisting through the work week. The coldest morning is
expected to be Thursday, with widespread below-zero low
temperatures.
