.DISCUSSION...

Morning clouds and showers will result in minimum relative
humidity values staying above 60 percent for this afternoon. Once
the showers clear out of the area, we should get clearing skies
later today. Southwest winds this morning gradually shift to the
west this afternoon, remaining in the 5 to 10 mph range.
Additional moisture moving into the area will keep minimum RH
values above 50 percent on Monday, ahead of a period of soaking
rain for Monday night through Tuesday night. Southerly winds on
Monday will remain in the 5 to 10 mph range.
