.DISCUSSION...

Overcast skies with patchy drizzle and fog will continue this
morning as a cold front moves through northeast Minnesota. Light,
southwest winds being observed early this morning are expected to
shift to the west-northwest around 1000 today following the cold
front. Drizzle and fog will be ending by 1300 this afternoon, with
mostly cloudy skies lingering through tonight. Min RH today will
remain elevated, only reducing to around 89% this afternoon. There
is a 20% chance for light snow tonight with accumulations up to a
dusting. Skies become partly sunny tomorrow, with drier min RH in
the low 60% range. Northwest winds gusting up to 20 mph are
expected on Friday morning, becoming light by late afternoon.
