.DISCUSSION...

Mainly cloudy today with highs in the middle 50s. Calm winds this
morning will become northeasterly at 5 to 10 mph with gusts to 15
mph by 10-11AM and remain there through tonight. Winds do turn
more easterly by 9-10PM this evening. Cloudy again for tomorrow
with chances for light rain and freezing rain. Highs will be
around 40. Winds will be northeasterly in the morning at 6 to 12
mph and become northerly for the mid to late morning hours. Winds
then increase to 5 to 15 mph with gusts to 20 mph from the
northwest for the afternoon.
