.DISCUSSION...Mostly cloudy to overcast skies are expected today ahead of an
approaching cold front. Light rain showers currently on radar
early this morning have largely been falling as virga and not
reaching this surface. As moisture increases later this morning,
expect on and off rain showers to begin around 1100 today. These
scattered showers are likely to end by 0200 Monday. South-
southeast winds today will likely be strong, with peak gusts to 32
mph around 1200-1700 this afternoon. Expect a wind shift to the
west to occur tonight around 0100-0200 as the cold front moves
through. Tomorrow will see cooler high temps, drier min RH, and
lighter west-northwest winds.
