.DISCUSSION...
Southwest winds will gradually become gusty this morning and
remain so through the afternoon. A stray light shower can`t be
ruled out late morning, but only 5% chance. A better chance for
showers and thunderstorms arrives late afternoon into this
evening. A strong to severe storm capable of producing hail up to
ping pong ball size and wind gusts to 60 mph can`t be ruled out.
Expect an inversion to be in place pretty much all day, though it
will mix out to around 5 kft later in the afternoon. Rain and
storm chances persist into tonight, then a cold front will pass
through on Saturday, causing a wind shift to northwesterly and
clearing skies.
