.DISCUSSION...

Weak low pressure will approach the area from South Dakota and
Nebraska Tuesday. Winds will start from the south in the morning
and turn east by afternoon. Sustained winds of 4 to 8 mph are
forecast with gusts around 10 to 12 mph. Temperatures will remain
warm with highs in the middle 50s. Mixing and smoke dispersal will
be poor. Wednesday will feature mostly sunny skies with winds
from the west-northwest at 7 to 13 mph. Wind gusts will be
stronger in the 15 to 20 mph range by late afternoon. High
temperature will be around 52 degrees. Smoke dispersal will be
fair to good.
