Cloudy skies are expected today though partial clearing is not
out of the question. Temperature will top out around 37 degrees.
Winds will be light and variable at less than 4 mph. Visibility
will be variable between 3 and 5 miles. Ceilings will be around
300 feet improving to 600 feet late in the afternoon. Both
ceilings and visibility will trend lower once again tonight. There
is a slight chance of sprinkles or drizzle this afternoon and a
slight chance of very light freezing drizzle tonight.
