The rest of the day will see overcast skies with an occasional
flurry. Northwest winds will continue to be very strong at least
into the early evening with gusts up to 35 mph possible. Those
winds should slowly decrease overnight into Thursday. Temperatures
in the high 20s early this afternoon are expected to fall
overnight into the teens.
