.DISCUSSION...

Sunny to mostly sunny skies today under high pressure with no
precipitation. Min RH today will bottom out to 28-31%, with
mixing heights topping out around 1700-1900 ft in the early to
mid afternoon with poor smoke dispersal. The high temperature tops
out around 40 degrees with variable winds of 5 mph or less
shifting southerly this afternoon and evening and SSW tonight. RH
recovers to around 75-80% tonight with a low around 22 degrees.

Conditions become cloudy for Wednesday with a 10-20% chance for
very light rain in the morning, possibly with very brief, non-
accumulating light freezing rain mixing in prior to 10 AM when
temperatures warm above freezing. Scattered light rain chances
(30-40%) continue during the late morning and afternoon, with more
widespread light precipitation for Wednesday evening and night.
Temperatures cooling to right around or just above freezing
Wednesday evening and night means that some very light snow could
mix in with the rain, possibly leading to up to 0.1-0.2 inches of
wet snow accumulations. The high temperature on Wednesday tops
out around 38 degrees with min RH around 65-70%. The mixing
height tops out around 1600 ft by early afternoon with poor to
fair smoke dispersal, with the best smoke dispersal in the late
morning to afternoon. SSW winds of 3-6 mph with daytime gusts of
10-15 mph are expected.
