.DISCUSSION...
Scattered showers early this morning will be exiting to the
northeast of Cook County around the 0800-0900 timeframe. Once the
scattered showers exit, skies will be remaining overcast with
drizzle likely. As a second low pressure system arrives this
evening, expect widespread rain to return around 1600-1800. This
widespread rain continues through tonight and tomorrow. RH remains
very elevated today through tomorrow at 90 percent or greater.
With limited mixing, expect smoke dispersal to remain poor.

                    morning. Rain likely early in the morning.
