.DISCUSSION...

Friday will see a change from the mostly cloudy and rainy
conditions seen on Thursday. Skies will start off mostly sunny to
clear on Friday morning, with scattered cloud cover developing in
the afternoon around 1300 due to daytime heating. Drier air moving
into northern Minnesota from Canada will result in min RH
tomorrow of around 30 percent. Since cloud cover will be much less
prevalent tomorrow, high temps are expected to be warmer at
around 71 degrees. Winds will be from the northwest through the
day, becoming gusty up to 25 mph in the late morning and afternoon
as daytime mixing occurs. Rain showers will be possible (40%
chance) in the Grand Rapids area late Friday night as low pressure
moves into far southern Minnesota. Total precipitation by
Saturday morning will be between 0.10-0.15 inches.
