.DISCUSSION...

Thinking most of the lightning will stay to the south this
morning. There`s definitely a threat for heavy rainfall, but again
thinking that the worst of that will be to the south of Duluth
where 1 to 3 inches of rain is possible. The training site will be
on the northern periphery of the rainfall gradient with only an
inch or less of rainfall expected. Could be more or less than this
depending on how the incoming wave pivots. Will definitely have
gusty, cold east winds today which will kick up waves on any
inland lakes. Precipitation chances decrease this evening and
become more spotty.
