This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of northeast
Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Thunderstorms are expected this morning, diminishing by mid day.
No severe weather is expected with the storms this morning.

Thunderstorms are expected once again this evening, affecting
areas from the Brainerd Lakes east through the Interstate 35
corridor and northwest Wisconsin. A few storms may be strong to
severe, capable of producing hail up to one and a half inches and
damaging winds. Heavy rainfall may lead to ponding or localized
flash flooding.

Wildfire smoke will linger today and tonight. Please refer to the
latest Air Quality Alerts for Minnesota and Wisconsin for more
details.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

Additional thunderstorm chances are forecast through the end of
the week.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Skywarn spotters may be needed this afternoon and evening, mainly
for areas along and southeast of a line from Brainerd to the Twin
Ports.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of Lake Superior
and the Nearshore waters of western Lake Superior.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Thunderstorms are likely to develop over western Lake Superior
this afternoon and evening. A few storms along the South Shore
could be strong, capable of producing gale force winds, hail up an
inch, and frequent lightning.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

Several chances of thunderstorms are forecast this week.
