A Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect into this evening for portions of northeast Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin for continued light snow and blowing snow. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday South Shore lake effect snow showers will continue on Thanksgiving, with scattered snow showers elsewhere inland of Lake Superior across northeast Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin. Additional accumulating snow is expected Saturday and Saturday night, especially across northwest Wisconsin and the Interstate 35 corridor of northeast Minnesota. The highest waves of 7 to 13 feet are expected along the South Shore. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday Northwest wind gusts of 25 to 30 kts will continue on Thursday, and Small Craft Advisories are likely.
