            marine tstm wind report from 1 SE Silver
            Bay. SLVM5 station in Silver Bay winds were
            recorded as being 31 mph at 1930 CDT then to
            39 mph gust 56 mph at 1940 CDT then to 44
            mph gust to 61 mph at 1950 CDT. Temperature
            increase from 69 F at 1900 CDT to 88 F at
            2000 CDT in this time period.
