At 1029 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 6 nm north of Devils Island to near Red Cliff to 9 nm
southwest of Ashland Breakwater Lighthouse, moving east at 40 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts in excess of 50 knots and small hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Boats could suffer significant structural damage in high
         winds. Small craft could capsize in suddenly higher waves.

Ashland Breakwater Lighthouse, Ironwood Island, Basswood Island,
Saxon Harbor, Stockton Island, Madeline Island, Devils Island, Cat
Island, Manitou Island, North Twin Island, York Island, Apostle
Islands National Lake Shore, La Pointe, Outer Island, Michigan
Island, Rocky Island, Raspberry Island, Marble Point, Oak Point, and
Oak Island.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor immediately as gusty winds and high waves are
