* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, northwest winds 10 to 20 kt
  with gusts up to 30 kt and waves 1 to 2 ft. For the Gale
  Warning, northwest winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and
  waves 1 to 3 ft expected.

* WHERE...Grand Portage to Grand Marais MN and Grand Marais to
  Taconite Harbor MN.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 7 PM CST this
  evening. For the Gale Warning, from 7 PM this evening to 2 AM
  CST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
