* At 212 PM CDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 19 nm south of
  Port Wing Harbor, or 33 nm southeast of Duluth Lift Bridge Channel,
  moving east at 30 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater and small hail.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.
