...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN IRON AND PRICE
COUNTIES THROUGH 115 AM CDT...
At 1241 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Winchester to 6 miles southeast of Turtle
Flambeau Flowage to 11 miles west of Chelsea. Movement was northeast
at 50 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Turtle Flambeau Flowage, Phillips, Mercer, Ogema, Prentice, Spirit,
Catawba, Kennan, Pike Lake, Clifford, Manitowish, Wilson Lake Near
Phillips, Brantwood, Cranberry Lake, and Musser Lake.
