Additional snow accumulations up to two inches. * WHERE...Carlton and South St. Louis Counties. This includes the Tribal Lands of the Fond du Lac Band. * WHEN...Until midnight CST tonight. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Localized whiteout conditions are possible due to falling and blowing snow creating visibility around 1/4 mile. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Lake effect snow bands will push across the Twin Ports and down the St. Louis River Valley through this evening.
