...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL LATE WEDNESDAY NIGHT...
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Raccoon River at Des Moines Fleur Dr, or from Walnut Creek
to the Des Moines River.
* WHEN...Until late Wednesday night.
* IMPACTS...At 15.5 feet, Water approaches Fleur Dr and affects the
Grays Lake trails.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:02 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 14.5 feet, and rising.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 15.5 feet
just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage
tomorrow evening.
- Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
