* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, The Riverview Recreation Area is closed.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 3:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 12.2 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    this morning to a crest of 14.7 feet just after midnight
    tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early Thursday
    morning.
