Weak surface high pressure will build into the region behind a
departing cold front. However, lingering showers and isolated
thunderstorms will exist this morning with possible redevelopment
later this afternoon along the Iowa/Missouri state line. Better
rain chances arrive for Sunday and continuing through much of next
week.
