.DISCUSSION...
Winds will be out of the south today at 10-15 mph. By this
afternoon winds increase with gusts of 30-35 mph this afternoon
beginning around 2pm. Rain chances will also increase after noon
with wintry mix into the late afternoon and early evening. Tongiht
winds shift to out of the northwest and become strong, gusting
50-55+ mph overnight.

Sky/weather.........Cloudy (85-95 percent). Rain likely and chance
of light freezing rain in the afternoon. Patchy
blowing snow early in the afternoon.
