.DISCUSSION...

Patchy fog at sunrise will dissipate in the next hour or so as
the low level inversion mixes out and mixing heights increase to
around 1500 feet by 10am and above 4500 feet by noon. The calm
winds at present will have a prevailing direction from the
southwest until late this afternoon when it will become south-
southeast. With speeds generally around 5 mph (aka light), the
wind direction may vary at times, especially in low lying and
sheltered areas. There will otherwise be ample sunshine with no
rain forecast today and a minimum relative humidity around 40%.
