.DISCUSSION...

Winds will be either calm or light and variable early this
morning, starting generally from the northeast then turning
quickly to south southeast as winds pick up through the late
morning. Wind speeds will pick up to around 10 to 15 mph with
gusts around 20 mph possible, primarily late in the afternoon.
Temperatures will warm up nicely today, with a high around 73F.
Relative humidity values remain quite dry today, falling into the
mid 20 percents this afternoon. A temperature inversion will
limit mixing height this morning, but should mix out by around 11
am, improving smoke dispersal.
