.DISCUSSION...

Spotty showers are developing across central Iowa and will
continue throughout the afternoon. There is a low chance of
a thunderstorm or two developing with a shower, however coverage
of this is expected to be very limited. Winds will generally be
from the north at around 10 mph throughout the day. Near any
showers, winds will be erratic and sporadic gusts of up to 25 mph
are possible. Relative humidity values are currently around 45%
but could drop as low as 40% before sunset.
