This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central Iowa.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight

Showers and storms are expected mainly over eastern Iowa this
morning into the early afternoon, with additional chances over
southern Iowa into the evening. The potential for severe weather
is low, though heavy rain is possible.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

Additional thunderstorms are expected at times Friday and through
this weekend. Strong storms and heavy rain will again be possible,
with more details expected in the coming days.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not anticipated today, though rainfall
reports would be greatly appreciated.
