This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central Iowa.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight

Isolated thunderstorms are possible in far northern Iowa this
afternoon to evening, though much of the area will remain dry.
Any storm that does develop is not anticipated to be severe.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday

Additional isolated thunderstorms are forecast Saturday afternoon
to evening in northern Iowa. The probability of severe weather is
low during this time.

More widespread thunderstorm chances are then forecast from Sunday
into next week, with severe weather possible at times. Localized
ponding and river rises are also possible, in addition to the
potential for flash flooding with this activity. Specific details
during that time frame will be better known in the coming days.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is unlikely but rainfall reports are always
appreciated.
