...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN BLACK HAWK COUNTY
THROUGH 245 PM CDT...

At 229 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 5
miles north of La Porte City, or 11 miles southeast of Waterloo,
moving southeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Waterloo, Evansdale, Jesup, La Porte City, Elk Run Heights, Washburn,
Raymond, and Gilbertville.

This includes Interstate 380 between mile markers 56 and 68.
