...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 10 AM CDT THIS MORNING...

Snow has ended across the area and winds are gradually subsiding.
Therefore, the Winter Weather Advisory is being allowed to expire at
10 AM. However, many area roads remain ice or snow covered and will
take some time to close and reopen today. Winds will also remain
gusty during the day, but continue to gradually diminish especially
by this evening.
