.DISCUSSION...High pressure drifts overhead today and Friday, while
northeast flow continues to generate lake enhanced cloud cover for
most of today. Winds subside and become variable overnight to
support clearing skies for Friday. Temperatures near normal combine
with lowering moisture content to bring minimum RH values from about
55 to 65 percent today to 40 to 50 percent on Friday.
