Below normal water levels will result in hazardous navigating conditions. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...At 9:18 AM EST Saturday, the water level at Toledo was 20 inches above low water datum. The critical mark for safe navigation is 5 inches below low water datum. Water levels in the western basin of Lake Erie are expected to fall below the critical mark for safe navigation between 3 AM and 7 AM Sunday and then rebound to above the critical mark during Sunday evening.
