* WHAT...During the Small Craft Advisory, expect sustained winds
  up to 22 knots from the south with gusts up to 30 knots. The
  largest significant waves will be 7 feet with a potential
  maximum wave height of 10 feet. During the Gale Warning, expect
  sustained winds up to 28 knots from the northwest with gusts up
  to 37 knots. The largest significant waves will be 10 feet with
  a potential maximum wave height of 14 feet.

* WHERE...Port Austin to Harbor Beach MI.

* WHEN...During the Small Craft Advisory, the maximum winds are
  expected around 2 AM EST Sunday with the largest waves
  expected around 2 AM EST Sunday. During the Gale Warning, the
  maximum winds are expected around 5 PM EST Sunday with the
  largest waves expected around 8 PM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.

...LOW WATER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 3 AM TO 10 PM EST SUNDAY...

* WHAT...During the Small Craft Advisory, expect sustained winds
  up to 27 knots from the southwest with gusts up to 34 knots.
  The largest significant waves will be 5 feet with a potential
  maximum wave height of 7 feet. During the Low Water Advisory,
  abnormally low water levels expected.

* WHERE...Michigan Waters of Lake Erie from Detroit River to
  North Cape MI.

* WHEN...The maximum winds are expected around 9 AM EST Sunday
  with the largest waves expected around 5 AM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Below
  normal water levels will result in hazardous navigating
  conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...At 9:18 AM EST Saturday, the water level at
  Toledo was 20 inches above low water datum. The critical mark
  for safe navigation is 5 inches below low water datum. Water
  levels in the western basin of Lake Erie are expected to fall
  below the critical mark for safe navigation between 3 AM and 7
  AM Sunday and then rebound to above the critical mark during
  Sunday evening.

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.

Mariners should navigate shallow waters with extreme caution due
to below normal water levels.
