* At 835 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 11 nm west of Grosse Pointe to The Ambassador Bridge
  to near Belle Isle, moving northeast at 40 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater and small hail.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.
