THROUGH 1230 AM EDT...

At 1135 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm over
Birch Run, moving northeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Winds near 40 mph and heavy rainfall.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and damage
         unsecured objects.

This strong thunderstorm will be near...
  Frankenmuth around 1140 PM EDT.
  Vassar and Millington around 1150 PM EDT.

Other locations impacted by this storm include East Dayton, Arthur,
Tuscola, Colling, Wilmot, Wisner, Burt, Ellington, Buena Vista
Township, and Gera.
