...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SAGINAW...SHIAWASSEE...WESTERN
LIVINGSTON AND WESTERN GENESEE COUNTIES THROUGH 645 AM EDT...

At 540 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms along a line extending from near St. Charles to near
Perry to near Stockbridge. Movement was southeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Strong thunderstorms will be near...
  Fowlerville, Corunna, and Bancroft around 545 AM EDT.
  Durand and New Lothrop around 550 AM EDT.
  Montrose, Lennon, and Gregory around 600 AM EDT.
  Cohoctah and Byron around 605 AM EDT.
  Howell, Flushing, Gaines, and Oak Grove around 610 AM EDT.
  Birch Run and Swartz Creek around 615 AM EDT.
  Pinckney around 620 AM EDT.
  Clio around 625 AM EDT.

Other locations impacted by these storms include Brant, Nelson,
Garfield, Plainfield, Fenmore, Burt, Layton Corners, Argentine,
Conway Township, and Pinckney State Recreation Area.

This includes the following highways...
 I-75 between mile markers 126 and 145.
 I-96 between mile markers 125 and 140.
 I-69 between mile markers 98 and 129.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
