...The Flood Watch continues for the following rivers in Iowa...

  Cedar River at Vinton affecting Benton County.

  Cedar River at Palo Blairs Ferry Rd affecting Linn County.

  Cedar River near Conesville affecting Louisa and Muscatine
  Counties.

  Cedar River at Cedar Bluff affecting Johnson, Cedar and Muscatine
  Counties.

...Forecast flooding changed from Minor to Moderate severity and
increased in duration for the following rivers in Iowa...

  Cedar River at Cedar Rapids affecting Linn County.

.The Cedar River across eastern Iowa will have a crest tonight or
Thursday and then have some drop Friday and Saturday before rising
again this weekend due to runoff from episodic rainfall tonight
through Thursday night. Flood stage is most favored to be reached
late in the week to early next week. Depending on where specifically
the heaviest rain falls through Thursday night, and any additional
rainfall this weekend, moderate flood stage may be reached at Cedar
Rapids early next week.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you are in the watch area, remain alert to possible flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Minor Flood Stage. Agricultural and low
  land flooding is ongoing. Water affects much of 22nd Avenue Road
  northwest of Vinton.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 10:15 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 10.9 feet and
    falling.
  - Forecast...Flood stage may be reached early Monday morning.
  - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.

* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Water begins to affect access to the
  Sutliff Recreation Bridge. The lowest sections of West Rochester
  Ave north of West Rochester Road are also affected by water,
  limiting access to residents in the Rainbow Valley Subdivision.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 10:00 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 12.5 feet and rising.
  - Forecast...Flood stage may be reached early Tuesday morning.
  - Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
