  Cedar River at Vinton affecting Benton County.

  Cedar River AT Palo Blairs Ferry Rd affecting Linn County.

...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT FROM LATE WEDNESDAY NIGHT TO EARLY
SATURDAY MORNING...
...REPLACES RIVER FLOOD WATCH...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Cedar River at Vinton.

* WHEN...From late Wednesday night to early Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Minor Flood Stage. Agricultural and low
  land flooding is ongoing. Water affects much of 22nd Avenue Road
  northwest of Vinton.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 11:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 11.1 feet and rising.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    early Thursday morning to a crest of 15.9 feet early Friday
    morning. It will then fall below flood stage Friday evening.
  - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.

...REPLACES RIVER FLOOD WATCH...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Cedar River at Palo Blairs Ferry Rd.

* WHEN...From Thursday afternoon to late Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 13.5 feet, Chain Bridge Road accessing the boat ramp
  is closed.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 11:15 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 9.4 feet and rising.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    Thursday afternoon to a crest of 13.7 feet Friday evening. It
    will then fall below flood stage early Sunday morning.
  - Flood stage is 12.5 feet.
