Rating: EF2 Estimated Peak Wind: 120 mph Path Length /statute/: 7.60 miles Path Width /maximum/: 500 yards Fatalities: 0 Injuries: 0 Start Date: 07/11/2025 Start Time: 05:03 PM CDT Start Location: 2 ESE Blue Grass / Scott County / IA Start Lat/Lon: 41.4927 / -90.7339 End Date: 07/11/2025 End Time: 05:13 PM CDT End Location: 1 WNW Davenport / Scott County / IA End Lat/Lon: 41.5616 / -90.6265 Survey Summary: This quickly strengthening tornado developed southeast of Blue Grass and maintained 100 to 120 mph winds for much of its path into Davenport ending near Kimberly Rd. The most significant damage occurred at an RV sales business and adjacent residential neighborhood near I-280, as well as in and near Emeis Golf Course. Over 15 RVs were blown over, some blown 10 to 15 ft. The largest tipped over RV was 25,000 lbs. It was estimated over 80 moderate to large trees were snapped or uprooted along the path, in some places with high concentration. At least two unoccupied vehicles had trees fall on them. .Le Claire, Iowa Tornado... Rating: EF0 Estimated Peak Wind: 85 mph Path Length /statute/: 3.90 miles Path Width /maximum/: 75 yards Fatalities: 0 Injuries: 0 Start Date: 07/11/2025 Start Time: 05:33 PM CDT Start Location: 3 NW Pleasant Valley / Scott County / IA Start Lat/Lon: 41.6049 / -90.4489 End Date: 07/11/2025 End Time: 05:36 PM CDT End Location: Le Claire / Scott County / IA End Lat/Lon: 41.6018 / -90.3737 Survey Summary: This short-lived tornado peeled a ~45 x 40 sheet metal section of an outbuilding roof and threw it over 100 yards into a corn field.
