...Wind Gusts up to 45 MPH through this Afternoon...

Northwest winds with gusts of 40 to 45 MPH will continue through
the afternoon hours. Loose objects may be blown around and high
profile vehicles may have difficulty traveling especially on north
to south oriented roads. The gusty northwest winds will loft dust
into the air from freshly tilled fields and cause sudden
reductions in visibility on area roads especially in open areas.
