...Gusty Winds and Very Cold Wind Chills This Morning...

Northwest winds will continue to gust over 30 mph early this
morning, with wind chills between 15 and 20 below zero being
observed. If you must head out early Friday morning, dress in
layers, cover exposed skin, stay dry, and limit time outdoors if
possible. Increasing temperatures and a gradual decrease in wind
gusts should allow for improving conditions through the morning.
