...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of southeastern Bureau
and central Putnam Counties through 115 AM CDT...

At 1235 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Tiskilwa, or near Princeton, moving east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could cause minor tree limb damage and blow
         around unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Princeton, Hennepin, Spring Valley, DePue, Granville, Ladd, Tiskilwa,
Dalzell, Bureau Junction, Putnam, Mark, Cherry, Malden, Seatonville,
Standard, Hollowayville, Coal Hollow, Ottville, Lake Thunderbird, and
Florid.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 80 in Illinois between mile markers 51 and 72.
 Interstate 180 between mile markers 1 and 13.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is occurring and may lead to localized flooding.
Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways. Stay away from
flooded areas. Report any flooding to local law enforcement.
