...WINTER STORM WARNING IS CANCELLED...

* WHAT...Snow and blowing snow. Additional snow accumulations up to
  one inch. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph will lead to blowing and
  drifting snow.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest Illinois and east central and
  northeast Iowa.

* WHEN...Until noon CST today.

* IMPACTS...Hazardous travel conditions and reduced visibility will
  continue this morning, along with blowing and drifting snow,
  especially over open rural areas.
