No changes are needed for today`s Fire Weather Outlook. The
previously mentioned Elevated offshore wind/RH conditions (easterly
10-15 mph gusting up to 40 amid 15-20% RH) remain on track for this
afternoon over the highlighted area of southern CA where ERCs hover
near the 70-90th percentile.

...Synopsis...
Elevated fire-weather conditions are forecast today across Southern
California as an upper-level ridge contributes to dry, easterly
off-shore flow. Relative humidity is expected to reach as low as
15-20% across much of the area, coupled with 10-15 MPH winds.
Portions of the San Diego foothills may see gusts as high as 30-40
MPH. Given that these conditions will overlap with fuels in the
vicinity of the 70th-80th annual percentiles, Elevated fire-weather
highlights have been maintained for this afternoon.
