...Synopsis...
Fire-weather concerns are low Tuesday over the CONUS. A broad upper
trough over eastern Canada and the northern US will move eastward
with an attendant surface cold front. Ahead of the front, low-level
moisture will move northward supporting showers and thunderstorms
across much of the Great Lakes and northeast US. This, along with
cooler conditions behind the front, will largely mitigate
fire-weather potential over the CONUS.
