No changes are necessary from the previous Day 2/Friday outlook
issuance. With recent and forecast widespread precipitation across
several regions of the CONUS, remaining areas with the driest
vegetation (especially across portions of the South) will see
downward trends in fire danger.

...Synopsis...
Fire weather concerns will remain low on Day 2/Friday. The western
half of the CONUS will be categorized by amplified upper troughing,
while a mid-level shortwave trough and entrained tropical remnants
bring precipitation to the central/southern Plains. Upper ridging
will continue for one more day across the Southeast, but departing
surface high pressure and the lifting shortwave trough will allow
moisture to gradually permeate the lower MS River Valley where the
driest fuels exist.
