* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Marais Des Cygnes River at La Cygne.

* WHEN...From late tonight to early Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 25.0 feet, Low lying farmland and other rural land
  floods.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:15 PM CDT Monday the stage was 22.4 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late tonight to a crest of 26.5 feet tomorrow evening. It
    will then fall below flood stage early Wednesday morning.
  - Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
