portions of northeast Kansas, including the following area, Doniphan
and northwest Missouri, including the following areas, Andrew,
Buchanan, DeKalb and Holt.

The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a
threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
